Assisted Stretching
One of my favourite parts of the session – you get to lie back and ‘relax’ whilst I stretch your tired muscles back to their proper length. This will ensure your muscles repair properly and don’t ruin your posture by shortening. It will also improve your vital range of movement and flexibility, whilst preventing injury and reducing stiffness. It'll help highlight areas or stiffness or weakness that we can work on in the future.
Crucially it’ll leave you feeling relaxed, limber and ready to take on the world.
